A Solid Year and A Half in School

   Third semester at BYU and things are getting hectic. I realized today that I have been in school for over a year. I don't know if it is quite a year and a half yet but still… I need a break! I really like school but my brain is starting to have more farts than bursts of genius. This semester I think my favorite class is Greek & Roman Mythology (CLCV 241). It's really interesting and sometimes the discussions are really entertaining. My second favorite class would have to be the Cultural History of Medicinal Plants (PWS 101). It is by far the most useful class I am taking this semester! It's funny how things all relate to each other somehow. Recently I've noticed things from one class being discussed in another ( whether it is important to that subject or not).
    I started this creativity journal and it gives me a prompt for creative projects to do everyday. So far the artsy stuff has been not super awesome ( as in you probably will never find it in a museum), but it's good in the sense that it gives me something fun to do everyday to escape from the clutches of Homework, an evil monster. And along with that I've been doing a Haiku-A-Day. None of those are very good either but they are kinda sorta fun to read. So for anyone whose out there to have a reason to read this other than to be mystified by the meanings of my ramblings, here you go:
        Never given a
        chance to do all that I could;
        The dominant wins.
   The prompt for this one was working with your non-dominant hand (which just so happens to be my left). Well true to college student nature I've stayed up way longer than I should've. So, sadly, I must go!
